Modify - Image - Canvas Size - Trim to approx 110 x 135 
(top of head and leave a little shoulders on bottom)
(do sides first (down and across arrows - trim to 110))
(then do the top (up and across arrows - trim to top of head - approx 185))
(then do the bottom (down and across arrows - take to 135))

Modify - Image - Image Size - Trim to 83 x 100

Click on the 4-up tab
Adjust the quality to 67 - 72 then export to the staff pic directory

Done
